With over 30 years of business experience, a Degree in Accounting from RMIT and CPA credentials, Bron brings serious financial expertise to an industry that desperately needs it.

But this isn’t just theory and numbers — it’s personal.

Years ago, Bron tried to launch her own beauty business. She was passionate, determined… and completely overwhelmed by everything behind the scenes. Despite her best efforts, that first business didn’t succeed.

Fast forward to today, Bron is the Company Director and Financial Controller of a corporation turning over in excess of $10 million a year, and she also runs a successful home salon in Montmorency Victoria, specialising in waxing, lashes and body contouring services.

Through it all, one thing became crystal clear:
Beauty professionals are rarely taught how to actually run a business.

They’re taught how to do a perfect set of lashes or brows, but not how to price, budget, or plan for profit.

That’s why Bron founded The Beauty Boss AU to fill that gap.

She’s on a mission to empower beauty professionals with the tools, education, and confidence they need to thrive not just creatively, but financially.

Because it’s not just about being booked out. It’s about being profitable, prepared, and in control.
